WorkHuman 2018- Wow!

Globoforce raised the bar again this year. Wow! And of course, all the amazing HR practitioners to share insights, food, and cocktails with. Are We There Yet? Diversity Numbers

I was recently on a road trip with some friends and the obligatory, “Are we there yet?” was asked more than a few times. After the trip, I was reflecting on this statement. Defining E & I & D . . . And Belonging

Defining E & I & D- Engagement, Inclusion, & Diversity (updated 5.7.18 to add in Belonging) I have recently moved into a new role at my company.
